Help
  • Research and draft summaries in support of Stakeholder Relations Officer (SRO) domestic and/or internal programs.
  • Develop new or modified administrative program policies, goals or objectives in support of SRO's mission.
  • Assist in monitoring international press to develop international resources.
  • Assist with project management for ad hoc request and inquiries.
  • Plan and conduct studies of Office programs, policies and strategies.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for Management Analyst, 0343, at GS - 9/11, you must meet Time-in-Grade requirements by 07/02/2018.

GS-9:
You must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 grade level in the Federal or public and private sectors, assisting with monitoring international press and developing international resources and assisting with project management for ad hoc requests and inquiries.
OR
Have a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Have 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
OR
Have a combination of education and experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.

GS:11

You must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level in the Federal or public and private sectors developing new or modified administrative program policies, goals or objectives in support of a mission and assisting in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of a programs stakeholder relations.

Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.

Have a combination of education and experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.

In accordance with Office of Personnel Management policy, federal employees are assumed to have gained experience by performing duties and responsibilities appropriate for their official series and grade level as described in their position description. Experience that would not normally be part of the employee's position is creditable, however, when documented by satisfactory evidence, such as a signed memorandum from the employee's supervisor or an SF-50 or SF-52 documenting an official detail or other official assignment.
