Duties

Help

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

  • Provide support in the development, review, and approval of HR action including: hiring actions, WGIs, QSI's, ePerformance, training, leave, time and attendance.
  • Develop and reviewing office project management guidance and ensure team has resources to complete required tasks; support office maintenance, facilities request and office space planning.
  • Provide advice for improvements and anticipates areas of concern.
  • Analyze management information requirements to develop or operate program or administrative reporting systems.
  • Provide technical advice on appropriate methods of analysis and evaluations to support office operations in the areas including but not limited to budget, human resources, procurement, and space management.
  • Implement budget planning and the execution of funds.
  • Monitor procurement and contracting activities.
  • Interpret policy & regulatory requirements providing recommendations for improvements to meet objectives.
  • Consolidate data and assessments to be used for internal review and decision making while ensuring budget submission materials are accurate and complete.

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:

  1. Preparing briefing materials, reports, presentations, and/or feedback relating to staffing and onboarding processes
  2. Monitoring and advise management on the status of financial operations and funding levels
  3. Identifying, gathering, and analyzing data to identify trends, improve collaboration and business practices.
  4. Managing multiple databases and communicate relevant information to technical and operations staff
Specialized Experience for the GS-13
  1. Managing multiple databases and communicate relevant information to technical and operations staff.
  2. Developing standing operating procedures (SOP) related to various processes and procedures within the recruitment, staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and/or program orientation areas.
  3. Providing the input to the preparation of the budget for assigned projects/programs; monitors milestones and funding requirements and makes recommendations to keep project/programs on track and within funding constraints.
  4. Assuring that program directives are implemented, that progress is measured against program plans, and corrective actions are initiated as deficiencies are identified.
