Project Delivery: Provides and/or manages project scoping, data and asset management, design phases (pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents), value analysis, technical assistance and administration for a broad range of facility projects and related maintenance operations, including construction, rehabilitation, renovation and re-purposing while ensuring projects meet code, budget and schedule requirements while incorporating safety and risk management into project execution.

Park Support/Technical Resource: Answers questions and provides technical support for parks and colleagues within the Division and supports value-based decision-making process assistance to parks.
Professional and Technical Expertise: Provides professional engineering and/or architectural guidance based on area of expertise and industry standards; professional engineering license is required.
Contracting administration: Perform contracting officer's representative duties for AE services and construction contracts and serve as contracting officer's technical representative on construction projects.

Lakewood, CO - Lakewood, Colorado, is a suburb west of Denver, population approximately 113,000, located in Jefferson County at an altitude ranging from 5,400 to 6,000 feet. Santa Fe, NM: Santa Fe (population approximately 75,000) is located 60 miles north of Albuquerque, at an elevation of 7,000 feet. Rentals and purchase prices for homes in Santa Fe are very high. Public, private and parochial schools are available. There are two colleges, St. John's College and Santa Fe Community College. All medical services and complete shopping facilities are available. The duty station of this position is located at 1100 Old Santa Fe Trail.
