MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience for the respective grade level(s) in which you are applying:
GS-11:
Have at least one year of specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following: (1) providing administrative services for an office or organization; (2) making travel arrangements; (3) reviewing travel vouchers; and (4) maintaining and tracking accountable property.
OR
Have 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a directly related field of study, or LL.M, if related.
OR
Have an equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate education. To compute, determine your total qualifying experience as a percentage of the experience required; then determine your education as a percentage of the education required; then, add the two percentages. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. Only graduate education in excess of the first two years is creditable for this combination.
GS-12:
Have at least one year of specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following: (1) making necessary arrangements for office conferences; (2) preparing meeting agendas; (3) scheduling meetings for supervisor; and (4) maintaining and updating an office calendar for workplace personnel.
