Supports a range of administrative and operational management support issues for the assigned location.
Serves as a human resources advisor to management within the assigned office.
Assists management with budget formulation and execution involving basic administrative expenses.
Responsible for property reporting, lab equipment bar coding, new inventory, and disposal of property; maintenance of accountable property procedures and records; and generates reports as required.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for Administrative Management Specialist, 0301, at GS - 7/9, you must meet qualifications requirements by 06/28/2018.
In accordance with Office of Personnel Management policy, federal employees are assumed to have gained experience by performing duties and responsibilities appropriate for their official series and grade level as described in their position description. Experience that would not normally be part of the employee's position is creditable, however, when documented by satisfactory evidence, such as a signed memorandum from the employee's supervisor or an SF-50 or SF-52 documenting an official detail or other official assignment. The documentation must indicate whether the duties were performed full time or, if part time, the percentage of times the other duties were performed. It is expected that this documentation is included in the employee's official personnel record. In order to receive credit for experience in your resume that is not within the official series and grade level of your official position, you must provide a copy of the appropriate documentation of such experience as indicated above.
Specialized Experience GS-07:
To qualify for the GS-07, applicants must have (1) one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
Examples of specialized experience at this level include: Work that involved general administrative and operational support related to providing records management, collecting and compiling data, preparing documents and packages, coordinating all incoming/outgoing mail operations, performing time keeping, maintaining office supplies; and utilizing personal computer technology to access, locate, prepare, and update information.
