Summary

As a full performance Management and Program Analyst, you will:
Lead educational initiatives by developing technical assistance programs, projects and events to remove barriers, increase the clean energy pipeline and job training for individuals in disadvantaged communities.
Communicate with the Hispanic community verbally and in writing.
Serve as lead for Hispanic Serving Institutions that work with Department of Energy.
Advise leadership on current and new organizational methods and procedures for improvement to provide effective STEM engagement across all Laboratory campuses.

Qualifications

Coordinating training workshops relevant to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education needs in the Hispanic community.
Engaging with faculty, community colleges, universities or graduate programs with a focus on Hispanic community engagement.
Collecting and researching data for evaluations of programs/operations related to the Hispanic communities.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS GS-13: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Engaging with institutional programs, facilities, or services to expand the educational opportunities for Hispanic Americans.
Collaborating with peers to improve technical assistance training regarding contracting and funding opportunities for Hispanic communities focusing on higher educational institutions.
Developing technical assistance programs and events to remove barriers for individuals in Hispanic communities.
