A successful candidate in the Control Center Operations Analyst position provides support to the Munro Dispatch Manager, Munro Site Supervisor, and TTCO staff. Works closely with the Managers to provide analysis and assistance in overseeing a broad range of BPA programs and activities.

A successful candidate in the Control Center Operations Analyst position provides support to the Munro Dispatch Manager, Munro Site Supervisor, and TTCO staff. Works closely with the Managers to provide analysis and assistance in overseeing a broad range of BPA programs and activities.
Provides program and administrative support to the Transmission Technology Operations (TTO) organization and the Control Center Access process.
Works with organizations throughout BPA in gaining permissions for access and work in the Control center, and on any control Center systems.
Tracks all aspects of Control Center cyber, physical or logical access to verify that all required factors are met and maintained over the course of the access grant lifecycle.
Serves as an analyst and assists the organization's manager in providing information, and assistance in planning, organizing, integrating, and evaluating the organization's programs and activities.
Applies analytical techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems to participate in analytical and evaluative work related to the analysis of issues impacting the organization.
Coordinates and supports purchasing and procurement within the Control center purchasing program.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-07 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience in overseeing a range of facility's programs and related activities; Tracking aspects of cyber, physical, or logical access to verify that all required factors are met and maintained over the course of the access grant lifecycle, and coordinates and supports purchasing and procurement.
You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows:
Two years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree, or master's, or equivalent graduate degree; your education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. -OR-
Combination of education and experience as described above. Less than one year of specialized experience may be combined with graduate education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level (i.e., credit hours beyond the first year of full-time study may be credited).
