Qualifications
GS-12 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Supporting engagement with labor unions, including construction and industrial unions, to promote energy jobs.
Assisting with the coordination of stakeholder meetings, schedules, and agendas to ensure the completion of actions pertaining to energy programs for organized labor groups.
GS-13 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Leading activities with labor unions, including construction and industrial to promote communication and collaboration for advocacy of quality union jobs.
Building partnerships with businesses, advocacy and organized labor groups to advance the development of high-quality energy jobs.
Developing educational and outreach materials, such as reports, newsletters or presentations to support goals regarding energy programs/jobs for key organized labor groups.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations.
