    • Write articles and stories for use in park publications and for use by outside organizations.
    • Assist with the planning and delivery of public meetings on issues of concern to the agency, as well as special topic meetings.
    • Assure that employees have needed information and are kept informed, using multiple methods, during times of emergency, continuity of operations or incidents.
    • Serve as public affairs point person, frequently serving as the on-camera/on-mic spokesperson, handling media issues
