Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Reviews project reports and recommend actions to maintain operational efficiency and maximize productivity.
Prepares and submits all Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWA) to the General Services Administration (GSA).
Provides support for various real estate projects in accordance with U.S General Services Administration (GSA) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) space acquisition, management and administration policies, standards and procedures.
Supporting development of space, parking, occupancy agreements and financial records.
Tracks requests and conducts frequent audits to ensure completion.
Develops responses to new and emerging program needs.
Compiles detailed information, analyzes and formulates SFMS budget submission drafts for EOIR facility needs including rent, parking, work orders and RWAs.
You will be required to complete a pre-employment security investigation and background check which includes a drug screening.
You may be required to complete a one-year probationary period.
Selective Service registration is required for males born on, or after, December 31st 1959. Those not registered should have an approved exemption on file.
Salary payments must be by direct deposit to a financial institution.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for the Space and Facilities Analyst position, you must meet the following time in grade requirements and minimum qualifications:
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 level. (Please submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. If your eligibility for both merit promotion and/or time-in-grade cannot be determined, your application will be rated ineligible. Please see Required Documents for additional information). Time-in-grade requirements also apply to VEOA applicants having held a GS position in the past year.
FOR THE GS-13 LEVEL:
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks, full-time) of specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service (or comparable experience outside the Federal service), performing the following duties:
Demonstrated knowledge of real property and leasing as it pertains to GSA policies and procedures;
Managing space and facility project schedules and coordinated tasks to ensure completion is on time;
Preparing and submitting items into the development of the space and facility annual budget;
Monitoring budget for fund availability for new space acquisitions, renovations or other improvements;
Developing operational and financial data to establish organizational performance metrics.
