WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As an Senior Intelligence Operations Specialist (Enterprise Supply Chain Risk Management) , you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

  • Develops a unifying department-wide E-SCRM strategy with goals and initiatives, and a corresponding implementation plan, which includes tasks, milestone dates, and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes and costs throughout the life cycle of the programs/projects and ensures that the strategy is in-line with the Presidential Intelligence Priorities and the National Intelligence Prioritization Framework.
  • Organizes and leads a regularly convened SCRM strategy board (with equity holders/members from across the IC, HHS, and other NT-50s) and information planning sessions, maintains productive interaction with HHS staff, reports on the status and progress of work accomplished to date, and monitors work in progress.
  • Reviews programs/projects to determine accomplishments with the least disruption to HHS workers and mission operations and that directions and schedules are accomplished in a timely manner.
  • Drafts guidance and direction regarding program management and reporting.
  • Participates in meetings with ONS staff and representatives from other HHS offices, agencies, and industry to determine program status, major milestones, and coordination of each to identify priorities and to detect in advance potential slippage or increased costs.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing at least ALL of the following:

  • Advising senior national security and intelligence executives on intelligence and supply chain risk management (SCRM) policies, practices, and governing legal frameworks (I.E. Executive Orders 12333, 14107, 14123, 14017) to ensure organizational compliance with federal standards.
  • Leading/developing intelligence officers that perform supply chain risk assessments of foreign ownership, control, or influence.
  • Developing a unifying department-wide or interagency strategy with goals and initiatives, and a corresponding implementation plan, to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes and costs throughout the life cycle of the programs/projects.
  • Leading constructive, collaborative relationships with the Intelligence Community and other intelligence and national security stakeholders across the supply chain risk management mission space.
  • Authoring and reviewing executive talking points in support of Cabinet-level Principals attending White House Policy Meetings and bilateral and multilateral meetings and representing the organization at National Security Council-led meetings (i.e., PCCs/IPCs, Sub-PCCs/IPCs, etc.).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to gain employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited.
