WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst,GS-0343-15, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experiences by:

  • Serving as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst with responsibility for the oversight of day-to-day staff and operations of extremely broad, multifaceted, programs that have significant impact on the mission of ACF.
  • Providing direction to team members on the various aspects of program operations to resolve matters that are often controversial and shifts workload, restructures programs, and prioritizing resources to meet increasing demands in a fast-changing environment.
  • Advising senior leadership on specific administration and in the efficient application and use of available strategies and resources.
  • Using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques, analyzing and evaluating management practices and administrative operations substantive organizations and complex functions. Identifying and creating best practices on how they could be adopted throughout the division.
  • Serving, occasionally, as a representative for the agency on contracts of an administrative nature and/or contractor support for the conduct of large studies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications:GS-15 Level: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-14 level in the Federal service, that includes (3) of the following (4) duties:
1) Providing technical and/or administrative leadership for programs;
2) Analyzing and evaluating management policies, requirements, operations, and budget to facilitate a more efficient and effective organization;
3) Performing administrative and human resources (HR) management functions;
4) Exercising managerial and/or supervisory authority over employees who are responsible for a wide range of administrative and support service.

If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited.
