Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for the GS-15 grade level you must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Applying successfully the theories, concepts, principles, and practices of data analytics.
Planning, organizing, and completing analytical studies involving the substance of key agency programs.
Providing advice and alternative perspectives on strategic planning for data analytics needs.
Supervising staff of data analytics experts ensuring adequate mentoring, staff development and training. Providing the administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit.
Education
Education may enhance skills required for this position; however, no substitution of education for specialized experience may be made at this level.
