The Equal Employment Specialist is assigned to Headquarters, Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). Salary is inclusive of locality pay based on duty location.
Must reside within 50-mile radius at time of hire Millington, TN.

At least one full year of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a degree in a filed directly related to the EEO Specialist Position.
OR
At least one year of progressively responsible experience implementing the laws, executive orders, directives and regulations applicable to the Department of Navy (DON) programs.
OR
A combination of education leading towards a degree in a related field directly related to the EEO Specialist position and experience implementing the laws, executive orders, directives and regulations applicable to the Department of Navy (DON) programs.
