MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION (MTQ) 1: Executive Management of Administrative and Financial Operations:Demonstrated executive-level knowledge and ability to direct, integrate, and oversee complex administrative and financial management programs, including budget, finance, human resources, contracting, grants management, facilities, and administrative services in support of agency mission accomplishment. This qualification requires the ability to ensure compliance with Federal laws, regulations, policies, and strategic priorities while improving organizational effectiveness, accountability, and operational performance.
MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION (MTQ) 2: Strategic Policy, Planning, and Executive Communication: Demonstrated ability to provide executive leadership in strategic planning, policy development, organizational performance management, and high-level stakeholder engagement. This qualification requires the ability to formulate authoritative positions on complex management and policy issues, represent the organization in negotiations and external engagements, and communicate effectively with senior government officials, Congress, and other stakeholders.

Senior Executive Service Members (SESs) will review your resume to determine your technical qualifications for this position based on the required specialized experience.
