Qualifications
You must meet the Specialized Experience to qualify for Program Analyst, as described below.

Applicants must have 52 weeks of Specialized Experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal Service, which includes:
Analyze and evaluate audit findings and prepares reports of findings.
Independently interpret rules; regulations and common practices pertaining to FOIA and privacy act.
Conducts a variety of reports and studies pertaining to the implementation, performance and impact of Regional Programs using evaluative and analytical techniques.
Manages and coordinates the property management system ensuring inventory control of all equipment.
