Qualifications
To qualify for the position of Supervisory Information Technology Program Manager, at GS-2210-15, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below.
Basic Qualifications (2210 series):

Specialized Experience:
To qualify for the GS-15 grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable non-Federal experience. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the following duties:
Oversee personnel responsible for high-side operation of Tactical Local Area Network Encryption High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (TACLANE HAIPE) encryptors.
Direct the maintenance of networks built on Cisco or Juniper platforms.
