Serving as a IT Program Manager GS-2210-14 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission. This position is located in the Chief Information Officer Directorate.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Systems Project manager responsible for performing enterprise project management functions for geographically disbursed enterprise. The position manages stakeholder relationships with senior executives, line-of-business owners, contractors, and customers from various federal agencies. The position proposes, plans, and implements highly complex, state-of-the-art technology-based solutions to meet a variety of law enforcement training activities and supporting administrative functions. The position is responsible for establishing, managing, and leading diverse integrated project teams (IPTs) that are responsible for the planning, development, and implementation activities of a broad range of major and non-major enterprise technology-based solutions. The position is assigned projects that may require special management attention because of the investments' importance the mission; the investments' high development, operating, or maintenance costs; or the investments' significant role in the administration of programs, finances, property, or other resources.
