Duties

Help

  • Provide administrative, technical, and training support in one or more of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives.
  • Help assist the DEIA/EEO manager with the implementation of the agency's DEIA strategic plan.
  • Work with the DEIA/EEO manager to assist in planning, administering, and evaluating overall EEO policies, practices, and programs to ensure nondiscrimination in employment and in other programs provided by the agency.
  • Provide pre-complaint counseling in accordance with applicable federal regulations and EEOC. Provide information to applicants, employees, former employees, supervisors, managers, regarding their rights and obligations.
  • Provide briefings, training presentations to agency employees around DEIA and EEO.
  • Assist with obtaining data requirements for reporting on behalf of the agency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing and or implementing processes or systems to manage the intake and tracking of a variety of tasks and deliverables.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting deadlines, concurrent tasks, and requests for information.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently.
  • A positive, supportive, and customer service attitude.
