This is a student position that is open to current graduate degree seeking students enrolled in an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. In support of Veterans Recruitment efforts, Veterans who are graduate students of qualifying educational institutions are encouraged to apply. The work of this position primarily involves assisting on various audits, inspections, and evaluation assignments. The incumbent, a professional auditor trainee, works with a team leader in a developmental capacity to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations, programs, and activities, including procurement, financial, and information technology systems and other operations and programs.
This position allows for non-competitive conversion to a permanent position upon meeting the Pathways Intern conversion requirements.

In order to be deemed as qualified, candidates must meet the following educational qualification requirements: Completion of 1 full academic year of graduate level education or eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement Provision
and completion of a bachelor’s degree. Note, to be eligible for the Pathways Internship program you must either be able to confirm upcoming enrollment or active enrollment in a graduate level degree program.
Superior Academic Achievement is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average, or (3) honor society membership.
Education requirements must be met prior to appointment. Updated transcript is required to verify requirements have been met.

Pathways Program - U.S. CITIZEN OR NON-U.S.CITIZEN EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
