Qualifications

To qualify at the GS-07: One year of specialized experience is required at the next lower grade level equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or band. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Performing general administrative duties; 2) Performing office automation assignments; and 3) Maintaining and organizing records.

To qualify at the GS-09: One year of specialized experience is required at the next lower grade level equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or band. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Interpreting regulations and policies; 2) Collecting and organizing information; 3) Researching source documents; and 4) Maintaining and updating automated data systems.
