This position serves as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH), located in the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Cybersecurity Services Staff (CSS), located in Washington, DC. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direction and oversight of the Departments cybersecurity mobile device program.
Summary
This position serves as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH), located in the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Cybersecurity Services Staff (CSS), located in Washington, DC. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direction and oversight of the Departments cybersecurity mobile device program.
This position is being filled under the OPM Government-Wide Direct Hire Authority for cybersecurity related positions for grades GS 12-15. This serves as a public notice for the use of the Direct Hire Authority in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 3327 and 3330 and 5 CFR 330. This public notice may be used to fill multiple positions as needed; therefore, applicants must meet the qualifications at the time the applications are reviewed.

The duties and responsibilities as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH) generally include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop and implement comprehensive mobile cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard sensitive government information across all mobile devices and platforms.
Oversee the planning, execution, design, deployment, and maintenance of secure mobile device management (MDM) solutions, including device encryption, authentication mechanisms, remote wipe capabilities and application vetting.
Manage resources, budgeting and procurement to support the mobile device security program.
Design a detailed audit framework and schedule, covering all aspects of the mobile device security programs.
Lead incident response activities, including the investigation, analysis, and resolution of mobile security incidents and breaches, and contribute to the development of incident response plans and protocols with expert level technical proficiency.
Serve as the primary COR between the contractor and the government, ensuring clear and timely communication of requirements and expectations.
You must successfully pass a security/background investigation and a drug screening.

Qualifications
To qualify for the position of IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH) at (GS-2210-15), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade.
Basic Qualifications (2210 series):

Specialized Experience: For the GS-15 you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
- Developing and maintaining mobile technology systems, and information processes to support mission needs. AND
- Overseeing the engineering, design, acquisition, implementation and operation of mobile technology (e.g. cellular devices, tablets, etc.) infrastructure and services.
