At the full performance level, the incumbent is the primary advisor to the District Manager on administrative matters and serves as office expert in day-to-day administrative management services essential for the efficient operation of the office. These services include serving as the DM's confidential assistant for labor relations and personnel matters as well as aspects of budget execution, personnel administration, procurement and supply, contract administration, travel, payroll services, reports management, facility management, etc., and the incumbent performs staff support work in each of these areas. The incumbent also prepares and coordinates a wide variety of administrative records and reports using office automation; provides technical training to DO employees in systems administrations; and provides technical operations support to the office.
