As an IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert strategic advice, recommendations and solutions, and/or resolve complex issues for business line customers.

The Office of Public Buildings IT Services provides enterprise solutions for GSA’s real estate mission and buildings portfolio. The organization focuses on the delivery of innovative workspace IT programs, services, and solutions. Information technology and project management experts in PB-ITS understand the Public Buildings Service (PBS) real estate business requirements and their federal customers’ unique workspace needs. Advises PBS business lines and its customers on IT tools to support and enhance the government’s business processes for workspaces leveraging innovative technology solutions.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $103,409.00 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.

IT SPECIALIST COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized experience is experience providing project management, technical support, and guidance on workplace and technology related initiatives, and professional services. Experience must include providing technical and acquisition analysis and advice; analyzing and developing technical customer requirements, formulating and executing budget and project schedules, performing contract administration and procurement tasks, identifying and resolving problems/issues, and promoting effective communication, change management, and collaboration with multiple project stakeholders.
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
