Coordinate activities involved in setting up for parties/catered events. Responsibilities include making table reservations for patrons as appropriate. Incumbent responsibilities include preparation of menu boards, secure supplies, etc. for operation of facility. Ensures adequate change fund is on hand; takes food and drink orders from patrons. Assist in maintaining good order and discipline. Answer patron's questions in pleasant, courteous manner. Ensure proper preparation, display and price marking of items and adherence to correct receipt and pricing procedures. Maintain sales records and inventory on daily basis. Follow procedures for safeguarding cash. Ensure compliance with fire, safety, sanitation and security regulations. Incumbent will perform some housekeeping duties, including washing dishes, sweeping floors, wiping down tables and taking out trash. Rings sales and/or ticket sales by individual items, totals the sales, receives money, and makes change. Incumbent is responsible for turning in receipts at the end of each shift. Monitors operation of assigned area of responsibility, periodically checking to identify and resolve problems which may arise. Enforce rules, handle phone inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned.
Successful completion of National Agency Background (NACI) Check required.
Available for varying shifts to include some nights, weekends, and holiday may be required.
Incumbent required attendance of sanitation training course to obtain valid health card.
Work is primarily standing; however some walking, carrying and light lifting (15-15 lbs.) is occasionally required in support of special events and functions.

Salary is dependent on experience and/or education. Some positions have special requirements. Selectee may be required to complete a one (1) year probationary period.
