CISA Regional Directors, oversee a staff of co-located and geographically separated personnel who deliver services that address all hazards, to include physical and cyber threats, and that fall within voluntary and regulatory mission sets. These mission sets focus on improving the Nation's capability and capacity to detect, prevent, respond, and mitigate disruptions to physical, cyber and communications infrastructure. As a basic requirement for entry into the SES, applicants must provide evidence of progressively responsible executive leadership and supervisory experience that is indicative of senior executive level management capability and directly related to the skills and abilities outlined under Executive Core Qualifications and Mandatory Technical Qualifications listed above.
