This announcement is open to employees of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
The National Service Desk (NSD) supports the AO in fulfilling its missions to courts by providing a customer-focused, central point of contact for internal and external (public) users of the Judiciary's nationally deployed information technology (IT) services. The NSD facilitates service restorations and fulfillment of user requests by working collaboratively with AO partners, provides knowledgeable guidance and advice on AO IT services, and proactively informs users of service interruptions to ensure transparency in AO IT operations. The NSD is primary based in San Antonio, Texas and is part of the Enterprise Operations Center.The incumbent will assist the Functional Support Branch (FSB) Chief with providing operational and technical support to resolve application-specific functional and technical end-user issues. The team lead is responsible for working with various AO IT service delivery partners and court staff.Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
