As an Labor Management Relations Examiner (LMRE), GS- 0244- 9/11, your typical work assignments may include:
Preparing election agreements and/or stipulations for an election;
Investigating challenged ballots or objections to a representation election;
Conducting administrative hearings to develop a record in pre- and post-election settings to resolve unit placement, voting eligibility, and conduct of election issues; and
Analyzing issues to resolve questions concerning the appropriateness of a bargaining unit in representation cases and to resolve challenge ballots and objectives.

The NLRB is looking for Graduate students interested in seeking employment pursuing compliance with the National Labor Relations Act. The candidate should have excellent communication skills orally and in writing, have strong research and analytical skills, and be interested in interacting with members of the public.
