Duties

Help

Incumbent will develop and communicate a clear and compelling vision and roadmap that support both short- and long-term agency and organizational goals, to include designing and leading implementation of innovative applications that support the automation of maintenance and monitoring activities for FAA systems. He/She will serve as the lead architect on a multi-year FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) program, meeting all required program milestones. The incumbent will lead efforts to enable software engineers to understand and utilize mobile and emerging technologies within the agencies boundaries to improve maintenance automation. Provide advance data analysis to Senior Executive Service Leadership to make data driven decisions and meet evolving NAS needs.

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-J / FG/GS-14. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Specialized Experience includes: Experience with enterprise architecture in an organization that utilizes agile software development processes, specifically the Scaled Agile Framework
