The Trademark Brand Management Office is responsible for ensuring that Trademarks' customers trust the USPTO to provide consistent, high-quality, and timely trademark services. Our brand management program facilitates stakeholder engagement, data collection and analysis, policy recommendations based on the data collected, and provides targeted communications about trademarks and the trademark system. Overseeing Trademarks' brand identity and developing strategies to increase awareness, positive brand recognition, and stakeholder engagement.
Leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive marketing and branding strategies and communications to promote Trademarks.
Designing, writing and developing marketing tools and branded materials in variety of formats.
Advising teams on how to develop creative branding elements and ensuring all functions are aligned with approved strategies and plans.
Developing, recommending, and implementing marketing and communication strategies, plans, and actions for Trademarks.
Overseeing communication efforts through a variety of channels, graphic arts, and digital media platforms.
Coordinating and drafting Trademarks' responses to media and outside organizations.
Preparing executive briefings, summaries, reports, and recommendations with the marketing and communication perspectives of the Office for the Commissioner for Trademarks.
Provide supervision, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the work performed within the Office.
Required to pass a background investigation and fingerprint check.
