You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating a comprehensive program that entails mail processing support services, case analysis and classification, information analysis, and development and maintenance of reports and applications. You will also direct the day-to-day operations supporting the Division's information management systems and provides technical and administrative supervision to subordinate staff.

The office is also responsible for collecting dynamic case data and establishing procedures, controls, and guidance for entering and retrieving data in various information systems. The office also provides associated user training and produces reports for the Division while adhering to data quality and timeliness standards. The OMI also determines various Civil Division components' data collection and retrieval needs. The office designs and operates manual and automated systems that meet the Division's current needs and are cost-effective.
