As a Supervisory IT Specialist (APPSW), GS-2210-15, you will perform the following major duties:
Lead and oversees, as a senior technical expert for the system administration, database administration (e.g., Microsoft SQL) security administration, object development, and interface administration of the agency(s) custom developed applications.
Effectively deliver new capabilities and services through managing collaborations between customers, developers and IT staff throughout all stages of the development lifecycle.
Lead and manage deployment of new enterprise applications, and/or enhancements to existing applications in Microsoft SharePoint, Web applications and SharePoint Designer.
Provides technical leadership and supervision to the Systems Support Division (SSD) team of IT specialists.
Planning and directing application development staff to address customers and agency(s) functional line-of-business technological needs.
