Position located in the Rehabilitation and Extended Care Service Line in the Community Living Center. The Community Living Center is a 38 bed unit that specializes in caring for veterans in need of transitional care for veterans in need of wound care, placement, radiation, chemotherapy, rehabilitation, antibiotic therapy, and hospice care. The Registered Nurse will report to the designated Nurse Manager in the Rehabilitation and Extended Care Integrated Clinical Community. Registered Nurse must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively apply all aspects of the nursing process within a collaborative, interdisciplinary practice setting.
