Specialized Experience:
GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, performing the following duties:
• leading trade programs, personnel, and managing budget resources;
• developing export trade strategies, programs, and positions; and
• developing partnerships with government, private, and/or non-profit groups in order to plan and coordinate multi-agency trade development initiatives.
