Advisor to leadership, leading and coordinating the efforts of professionals and contractors in solving complex and far-reaching data management issues and problems for a wide range of systems, applications and customers.
Research and design presentations and interpretations of analytical outputs tailored to specific audiences including the use of interactivity and narrative storytelling where appropriate.

Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is experience directly related to the position to be filled. Specialized experience must be described for each grade level advertised. For this position, specialized experience is experience conducting the development, implementation, and administration of an organization's IT data systems for the management of data; conducting observational analyses using software and/or programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS to solve data management issues and derive meaning from large datasets to inform decisions; and implementing, tracking and evaluating large scale and extremely complex data analysis projects and associate requirements and risks.
