As a Management and Program Analyst GS-11 you will:
Support lead conference and event planner to manage conference logistics development, budgeting, stocking and shipping of event supplies, on-site registration, and on-site monitoring for activities related to Department of Education priorities.
Plans, organizes, and implements conferences, hearings, and meetings that support the priorities of the Department.
Surveys client event needs and makes cost-effective and constructive recommendations on services and/or skills necessary to meet the requirements.
As a Management and Program Analyst GS-12 you will:
Serves as a conference and events planner ensuring client requirements are identified and facilitated per the clients their conference logistics and planning requirements are met.
Offers technical expertise on conference-related matters and helps facilitate reviews and approvals of portions of the agency’s conference management approval process.
Assesses client event needs and makes cost-effective and constructive recommendations on services and/or skills necessary to meet the requirements.
