Skill in the examination of public records of title evidence, securing releases of mortgages or other outstanding claims, and securing disclaimers;

Skill in applying provision of legal advice an assistance for the negotiation and resolution of problems involving boundary line disputes, and the relocation of public roads and highways, public utilities, and railroads.Skill in conducting necessary research and preparation of attorney reports and opinions, drafting closing documents, and conducting closings.
4a. Skill in negotiating and drafting legal documents for acquisitions, sale, and leasing of commercial property, development of commercial properties, legal review of due diligence, and closing commercial real estate tranactions.We will verify your resume supports/possesses the above competencies/knowledges, skills, and abilities listed.
