As a Supervisory Financial Specialist, GS-0501-12, may be expected to accomplish the following:
NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED:
This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement. AREAS OF CONSIDERATION:
Areas I: Open to Permanent, (does not include Temporary) on-board, Title 32 Technicians

Selectee will have two (2) years to obtain the required AFSC.
SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTORS: To obtain the required AFSC, acceptance of this position requires a minimum ASVAB Score of 57 in General area. ASVAB scores will not be required to apply for the position, however applicants must obtain required ASVAB scores prior to acceptance of the position. The applicant must verify their scores with their Military Personnel Flight/Military Personnel Office.
