Internship Program: To be eligible, applicants must be accepted for enrollment or currently enrolled and seeking a degree (diploma, certificate, etc.) in a qualifying educational institution, on a full or half-time basis.
Major responsibilities and duties may include:
-Provide coverage in the Personal Identification Verification (PIV) Section.
-Assist Service secretary with processing incoming and outgoing materials.
-Compose and edit correspondence.
-Prepare presentations.
-Collect, compile and track data and statistical information.
-Organize computerized data sets and retrieve computerized data.
-Perform basic analysis of data.
-Generate a variety of reports.
-Monitors and obtains office supplies.
-Answer telephones, referring calls/visitors to appropriate staff.
Work Schedule: This position is part-time, 20 hours per pay period. Work hours will be coordinated with class schedule.
