This position is located in the Primary Care Service Line and will be located at the Fort Wayne campus with travel to the Marion campus and associated CBOCs.

The successful candidate will serve as the Associate Chief of Staff for Primary Care at the Northern Indiana Health Care System under the supervision of the Chief of Staff.
