This position is located in Philadelphia, PA, in the Office of the Director, Design and Engraving, Digital Process and Development and reports to the Chief Engraver.
The United States Mint operates four manufacturing facilities located throughout the United States, and two die shops located in Philadelphia, PA and Denver, CO. The Digital Process Branch is responsible for integrating the digital technologies utilized in the design and manufacture of United States 'master tooling' for circulating coin, bullion and commemorative coins. Incumbent plans, organizes, and directs day-to-day operations of the United States Mint Digital Process Branch functions. Along with the Associate Director, Deputy Associate Director, and Division Chief, the incumbent ensures 'master tooling' excellence articulated by the Director and the branch activities are aligned with the United States Mint's Strategic Plan, Core Values, and vision/direction of the Director/Deputy Director.

As a Digital Process Branch Manager, you will:
- Support the creation of a world class Branch as measured by the Baldrige Award criteria.
- Propel progress on executing assigned United States Mint Annual Action Items including but not limited to leading Project Teams to champion and ensure on- time execution of assigned Annual Action Items.
- Partner in developing and executing Manufacturing Department annual action items, work plans and business plans.
- Develop and execute Digital Process Branch annual work plans.
- Direct the development, monitoring and maintenance of a system of key success measures to reflect actual Digital Process Branch performance.
The experience may have been gained in either the public or private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
