• DD 214 and/or Military ID with Transition Stamp (for Military Veteran who were involuntarily separated from the Military)

If selected, to expedite onboarding process:

• Social Security Card
• Contact information for at least two professional references.
• Addresses for each residence during previous five years (for positions which require regular and recurring contact with children).
