Provides expert nursing consultation/advice on the interpretation of clinical program requirements and provision of health care services.
Leads reviews or oversight activities to assess compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements including application of Medicare coverage rules or similar healthcare programs.
Employs expertise to develop and implement a variety of tools, briefings, and written materials to train, conduct technical clinical health care reviews and improve oversight.
Oversees special studies and develops recommendations to improve healthcare programs.
