As a Public Utilities Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering expert resources to improve products, services, and skills. Responsible for anticipating and meeting customer needs, fostering innovation and tracking evolving technology.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $116,393 per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience planning, implementing, and evaluating a public utilities program. This experience must include analyzing public
utilities specialties to resolve widespread or critical problems; developing and evaluating new policies, methods, and techniques, and providing advice on the interpretation and/or implementation of new or revised procedures; and, utilizing qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess and improve public utilities program effectiveness.
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
