    The Director is responsible for the leadership, management, and execution of the Center's efforts in its mission to support the President's oversight of 
    Federal regulation, as well as delivering support services for rule making management across the Federal government.

    Responsibilities

    The Director is responsible for the leadership, management, and execution of the Center's efforts in its mission to support the President's oversight of
    Federal regulation, as well as delivering support services for rule making management across the Federal government.

    • Responsible for leadership, management, and execution of the mission to support the President's oversight of Federal regulations, as well as delivering support services for rulemaking management across the Federal government.
    • Responsible for developing and implementing Customer Experience practices and processes to help ensure the program's responsiveness to stakeholder communities.  Serves as a customer experience expert, providing expert analysis and advice on matters pertaining the practice of designing and reacting to customer interactions to meet or exceed customer expectations and thus, increase customer loyalty and advocacy. 
    • Develop and implement Program Management strategies, procedures, and practices intended to transform electronic rulemaking management to respond to continuously evolving customer needs.  Support services include identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating program requirements to be delivered to GSA IT to support the design, development, and deployment of information technology as well as development and dissemination of information.
    • Responsible for leading Data Analytics services that include development of data analytics services relating to rulemaking as well as conducting data analytics to improve internal business processes and customer engagement along with any other activities in support of improving the Federal rulemaking process.

    Occasional travel - Ocassional travel may be required.
