    The FRTIB is looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to serve as a Participant Correspondence Specialist.

    This Job Opportunity Announcement (JOA) may be used to fill other Participant Correspondence Specialist, GS-0301-13 positions within the FRTIB in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience.

    Responsibilities

    The major duties of the position are:

    • -Monitor and analyze correspondence subject matter to identify trends and provide input for improvements as needed.
    • -Respond to a wide range of complex written inquiries from various audiences.
    • -Assist in responding to Congressional inquiries from Congressional offices or the White House.
    • -Obtain background data from an automated system and other sources for use in analyzing a situation and coming up with a resolution.
    • -Participate in the development or upkeep of a case management system.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position for training and business purposes.
