The GS-12 salary range starts at $73,375 per year, depending upon which duty location you are chosen for.
To qualify, you must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the federal service.
Specialized Experience: To qualify, you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is utilizing project management practices and tools to simultaneously manage multiple construction and/or repair and alteration projects in a real estate environment. This experience must include:
