The GS-09 salary range starts at $55,027.00 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must demonstrate that you meet one of the following:
(a) One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level in the Federal service is experience Reviewing and analyzing realty and financial program information for accuracy and completeness; reviewing financial reports and documents to make recommendations to resolve problems; and utilizing financial systems to monitor and evaluate realty program information. or
(b) Completion of at least two full year of graduate level education (18 semester hours or the equivalent) in an area of study that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of a Realty Financial Specialist; or
(c) Combination of graduate level education and appropriate specialized experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position; or
(d) A Master's Degree
