The GS-14 salary range starts at $103,106 for Nashville, TN and 103,857.00 for Charlotte, NC. Generally, first time appointees to Federal civilian service have their salary set at the beginning rate of the grade for which they are selected. .
You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. To qualify, you must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience supervising and/or managing a branch, section or organization that included strategic planning, operations management, business development, and service delivery. Technical expertise is required in one or more of the following: real estate, construction, financial management, project management, acquisition or organizational development services. Experience must include experience communicating with internal and external customers to provide technical information and analysis on the activities of the branch. Also required, is experience with customer relationship management and support to manage programs and projects at the branch level or higher; demonstrated project management experience for multiple projects with individual costs up to $2.8 million in value; and demonstrated experience managing process improvement and performance metrics programs for a branch, section or organization.
