GS-7 Level
The GS-7 salary range starts at $44,670.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as a basic foundation of commercial real estate knowledge. This knowledge was utilized to perform limited realty technical work, carrying out instructional assignments and complying with policy, laws and regulations.

GS-9 Level
The GS-9 salary range starts at $54,641.00 per year. Again, If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience involves performing basic commercial realty work assignments and projects. This experience must include communicating with a variety of individuals on commercial realty issues; assisting others in the analysis/resolution of commercial realty problems; and assisting in the preparation of realty documents/contractual agreements. OR
Education: Applicants must have a Master's or equivalent graduate degree such as LL.B. or J.D., or 2 academic years of progressively higher level graduate education in a related field. OR
Combination of Education & Specialized Experience: Applicants must have a combination of graduate level education (beyond the Bachelor's Degree) and specialized experience (as described above) that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.

Quality Ranking Factors (QRFs): QRFs are knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) that could be expected to significantly enhance performance in a position, but are not essential for satisfactory performance. 4. Skill in working with computers, email, and real estate related computer software programs, systems, and tools in order to complete data management responsibilities
